U.S. Silica Declares Quarterly Dividend
November 9, 2015 4:30 PM ESTFrederick, Md., Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per common share. The dividend is payable on Jan. 5, 2016 for all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 15, 2015.
