D. R. Horton (DHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 28% to $0.08; 1.1% Yield

D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 28% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0625.

D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.03 billion.
