Pembina Pipeline Corporation Declares November 2015 Common Share Dividend
November 9, 2015 11:40 AM ESTCALGARY, Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -Â Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina" or the "Company") (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a common share cash dividend for November 2015 of $0.1525 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 25, 2015. This dividend is designated an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes. For non-resident shareholders, Pembina's common share dividends should be considered "qualified dividends" and may be subject to Canadian withholding tax.

Pembina Pipeline Corporation Announces Integrated Duvernay Gas Processing Infrastructure Development
November 5, 2015 5:24 PM ESTCALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina" or the "Company") (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA) announced today that it plans to construct, own and operate a new 100 million cubic feet per day ("MMcf/d") shallow cut gas plant ("Duvernay I" or "the Facility"), in close proximity to Pembina's Fox Creek Terminal.
