Cypress Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 9, 2015 8:00 AM ESTSAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on December 31, 2015. This dividend will be paid on January 21, 2016.
