November 6, 2015 5:22 PM ESTSPOKANE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/15 -- Avista Corp.'s (NYSE: AVA) board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend $0.33 per share on the company's common stock. The common stock dividend is payable Dec. 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 19, 2015.
