Willbros Group (WG) Misses Q3 EPS Views; Elects New Chairman, Appoints New CEO
November 6, 2015 8:38 AM ESTWillbros Group (NYSE: WG) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.29), $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $266.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $311.39 million.
Willbros also announced that its Board of Directors has elected S. Miller Williams, 64, Chairman of the Board. Michael J. Fournier, 52, currently President and Chief Operating Officer ("COO"), in addition to his current duties, has also been appointed Chief Executive Officer ("CEO").
