Columbia Property Trust Declares Fourth Quarter 2015 Dividend
November 4, 2015 4:15 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on January 6, 2016, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2015.
