Colony Capital Announces Third Quarter 2015 Financial Results
November 5, 2015 8:01 AM ESTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) (the Company) today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 and declared an increased dividend of $0.40 per share of Class A and Class B common stock for the fourth quarter of 2015.
Third Quarter 2015 Highlights
Funds from operations (FFO) of $72.2 million, or $0.54 per basic share; Core funds from operations (Core FFO) of $73.0 million, or $0.54 per basic share. Declared and paid a third quarter dividend of $0.38 per share of Class A and Class B common stock.... More
