EZchip Semiconductor (EZCH) Issues Response to Glass Lewis; Disagrees with Conclusion (MLNX)
November 4, 2015 9:41 AM ESTEZchip Semiconductor (NASDAQ: EZCH) issued the following statement in response to a report issued by Glass Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis") regarding the Merger Proposal with Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (Nasdaq: MLNX)("Mellanox").
Although we disagree with its conclusion, we note that Glass Lewis recognizes[1]:
