Spectrum Pharma (SPPI) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c, Offers FY Guidace
November 4, 2015 4:13 PM ESTSpectrum Pharma (NASDAQ: SPPI) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.28), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25).

Spectrum raises guidance on year-end cash to over $125 million, up from the Companys previous guidance of $110 million excluding any new business development transactions.

Eagle Pharmaceuticals (EGRX), Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (SPPI) Announce Co-Promotion Agreement
November 4, 2015 4:11 PM ESTEagle Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: EGRX) and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SPPI) (Spectrum) today announced that they have entered into a co-promotion agreement (the agreement) under which the Spectrum 32-person Corporate Accounts Sales Team will dedicate 80 percent of its time to selling and marketing up to six Eagle products over a period of at least 18 months. Spectrum will continue to maintain a separate sales force to market existing and potential hematology products.
