Net income attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the three months ended September 30, 2015 was $216 million, or $1.00 per share.
Adjusted net income attributable to DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 was $610 million, or $2.80 per share, excluding after-tax debt redemption charges, after-tax settlement charge related to the Vainer suit and a related tax adjustment.
