American Financial Group (AFG) Declares $1.00 Special Dividend; 1.4% Yield
November 3, 2015 5:10 PM ESTAmerican Financial Group (NYSE: AFG) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.

American Financial Group (AFG) Misses Q3 EPS by 6c
November 3, 2015 5:09 PM ESTAmerican Financial Group (NYSE: AFG) reported Q3 EPS of $1.38, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.68 billion, versus $1.58 billion reported last year.
American Financial Group sees FY2015 EPS of $5.30-$5.60, versus the consensus of $5.47.
