Great Plains Energy Incorporated Declares Dividends
November 3, 2015 1:15 PM ESTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Great Plains Energy (NYSE: GXP) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.2625 per share on its common stock. The Companys annual dividend level is $1.05 per share. The common dividend will be payable December 21, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2015. The shares will begin to trade ex-dividend on November 25, 2015. The Board of Directors also declared regular dividends on the Companys 3.80%, 4.20%, 4.35% and 4.50% series of preferred stock, payable March 1, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 8, 2016. The shares will begin to trade ex-dividend on February 4, 2016.
