National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) reported Q3 AFFO of $0.59, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $119.6 million.

National Retail Properties sees FY2016 AFFO of $2.33-$2.39, versus the consensus of $2.34.
