American Capital Senior Floating, Ltd. Amends Secured Revolving Credit Facility
November 2, 2015 5:02 PM ESTBETHESDA, Md., Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Senior Floating, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ACSF) ("ACSF" or the "Company") announced today that its wholly-owned consolidated financing subsidiary, ACSF Funding I, LLC, has amended its secured revolving credit facility with Bank of America, N.A. The amendment modifies the credit agreement to, among other things, extend the maturity by three years to December 2018 and reduce the size of the facility by $5 million to $135 million. The interest rate under the amended facility remains constant at LIBOR plus 1.80%.

(Nasdaq: ACSF) ("ACSF" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends of $0.097 per share of common stock for each of November and December of 2015 and January of 2016. The monthly cash dividends will be paid to common stockholders of record as set forth in the table below:
