Transocean Partners LLC Announces Quarterly Distribution
October 29, 2015 4:21 PM EDTABERDEEN, SCOTLAND-October 29, 2015-Transocean Partners LLC (NYSE: RIGP) announced today that the company's Board of Directors declared the minimum quarterly distribution for the three months ending September 30, 2015. The distribution is $0.3625 per unit, or approximately $25 million based upon the number of currently outstanding units. The distribution schedule is as follows:
November 5, 2015 - Ex-Dividend Date
November 9, 2015 - Record Date
November 23, 2015 - Payment Date
