Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Increased Third Quarter Earnings and Declares Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 30, 2015 8:01 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., Oct. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $20.6 million, or $0.33 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2015, compared to net income of $19.0 million, or $0.30 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2014. For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company reported net income of $62.2 million, or $0.99 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $52.4 million, or $0.88 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year.Â
