Highlights:

October 29, 2015 4:15 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) recently completed a long-term, 370,485-square-foot lease renewal with CH2M that will keep the global engineering and construction firm at the South Jamaica Street campus in suburban Denver that serves as its headquarters through September 2032.
CH2M has leased the 478,000-square-foot, Class-A complex, located in Denvers Southeast Business Corridor, since Columbia Property Trust purchased the property in 2007.
