MEDNAX Reports 2015 Third Quarter Adjusted EPS of $1.10

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), the national medical group specializing in neonatal and other pediatric services, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, pediatric cardiology and other physician and management services, today reported earnings of $0.97 per diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2015, an increase of 13% over the prior-year period. On a non-GAAP basis, MEDNAX reported Adjusted EPS of $1.10, an increase of 15% over the prior-year period.
