Since our last call, our continued execution on allocating capital to grow our Strategic Niche and upgrade our Regional Office portfolio passed important milestones, stated Roger A. Waesche, Jr., COPTs President & Chief Executive Officer. We placed 447,000 square feet of developments that are 93.5% leased into service, bringing our year-to-date total to 1.1 million square feet and 97% leased.
