HealthSouth Announces Intent To Redeem $50 Million Of Senior Notes Due 2022
October 28, 2015 4:25 PM EDTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS) today announced it has given notice of its intent to redeem $50 million of the outstanding principal amount of its 7.75% senior notes due 2022. The optional redemption will be made at a price of 103.875% pursuant to the underlying indenture. The Company plans to use cash on hand and borrowings under its senior secured credit facility to fund the redemption, which will be completed on November 30, 2015. Â
