Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend by 7.0%
October 28, 2015 4:15 PM EDTOVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR) approved an increase in the quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock to $0.46 per share payable on February 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of January 11, 2016. This new quarterly dividend rate represents an increase of 7.0% over the $0.43 per share quarterly dividend paid in 2015 and marks the sixth consecutive annual increase to our dividend.
