Vringo (VRNG) Issues Update on ZTE's Patent Challenges in China, the Netherlands
October 28, 2015 10:02 AM EDTVringo (NASDAQ: VRNG) provided an update on ZTE's challenges to the validity of Vringo's patents in China and the Netherlands.
In China, the Patent Re-Examination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China today, following an earlier oral hearing, upheld the validity of ZL200580013835.X in response to a re-examination request filed by ZTE.
