Third Quarter 2015 Highlights
Operating
Normalized FFO: Increased 9.9% to $50.0 million, compared to Q3 2014. Normalized FFO Per Share: $0.39 per diluted share, an increase of $0.01 per diluted share, or 3%, compared to Q3 2014. Normalized FAD: $0.35 per diluted share, or $44.7 million, an increase of $0.04 per diluted share, or 13%, compared to Q3 2014.
