Cousins Properties Reports Results For Quarter Ended September 30, 2015

Highlights

Funds From Operations were $0.24 per share. Leased or renewed 770,009 square feet of office space. Same property net operating income on a cash basis was up 1.2% over the prior year. Second generation net rent per square foot on a cash basis increased 14.1%. Opened Emory Point Phase II, a mixed-used development in Atlanta, Georgia.
