PSAM Sends Letter to NCR Corp. (NCR) Asking for Progress Report

Schoenfeld Asset Management LP ("PSAM") today sent the following letter to NCR Corporation's (NYSE: NCR) (the "Company") Board of Directors, which urges the Company to provide NCR stockholders a progress report, without further delay, on its strategic review and its plans to fully maximize stockholder value. PSAM also supports the de-staggering of the Board of Directors and believes there are many potential paths to additional value creation for the Company to pursue.

October 27, 2015 4:45 PM EDTNCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.78, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.61 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 billion.
NCR Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $2.70-$2.80, versus the consensus of $2.68.
