Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares $.10 Cash Dividend on Common Stock
October 27, 2015 12:56 PM EDTMANISTIQUE, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the "Bank"), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on October 27, 2015. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.10 per common share, payable January 7, 2016 to shareholders of record at December 28, 2015. The dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter's dividend.
