Cowen Remains Bullish on T-Mobile (TMUS) Following In-Line 3Q Results
October 27, 2015 5:13 PM EDTCowen reiterated an Outperform rating on T-Mobile US, (NASDAQ: TMUS), and raised the price target to $48.00 (from $47.00), following the company's 3Q15 earnings results. TMUS reported in-line 3Q15 results, however, postpaid net adds suggested a slight tail-off after management released its pre-announcement.

T-Mobile results miss estimates, shares slide 7 percent

(Reuters) - T-Mobile US Inc (NASDAQ: TMUS) on Tuesday reported lower-than-expected quarterly revenue and profit, hurt by the No. 3 U.S. wireless carrier's initiatives such as lower-priced plans to attract monthly users away from competitors.
T-Mobile shares, which have risen about 54 percent this year, fell 7.1 percent to $38.44 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq.
T-Mobile's branded postpaid average revenue per user (ARPU) fell to $47.99 in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, from $49.84 a year earlier, and net customer additions were flat at 2.3 million.
