Ingersoll-Rand (IR) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c

Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) reported Q3 EPS of $1.21, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.52 billion.

Guidance:

Ingersoll-Rand sees FY2015 EPS of $3.69-$3.74, versus the consensus of $3.70.

Management Changes:

Ingersoll-Rand also appointed Todd Wyman senior vice president and president of the Compressed Air Systems and Services business. The company named Keith Sultana to succeed Wyman as senior vice president of global operations and integrated supply chain, effective immediately.
