Excluding Special Items, earnings per diluted share (EPS) of $1.03 decreased 8% compared to 2014 (GAAP EPS of $0.97 compared to $0.47 in 2014) Sales of $670 million declined 8% compared to 2014, driven by unfavorable foreign exchange of 5%, and a core sales decline of 3% Narrowing 2015 EPS guidance range to $4.10-$4.20, from $4.10-$4.30, excluding Special Items (revised GAAP EPS guidance of $3.87-$3.97)STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crane Co.
