SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HomeStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: HMST) (the Company or HomeStreet), the parent company of HomeStreet Bank, today announced net income of $10.0 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2015, compared to net income of $12.4 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2015 and $5.0 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2014.
