Macatawa Bank Corporation Declares Dividend
October 26, 2015 9:05 AM EDTHOLLAND, Mich., Oct. 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Macatawa Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: MCBC) (the "Company" or "Macatawa") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on its common stock to be paid on November 27, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2015.
In the second quarter of this year Macatawa increased its dividend rate from $0.02 to $0.03 per share. The current quarters dividend is a continuation of this higher dividend rate and reflects the strong financial condition and growth in earnings performance of the Company.Â
