Silicom to Delist from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
October 26, 2015 8:15 AM EDTKFAR SAVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Silicom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SILC) (TASE: SILC) today announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to act to delist the Companys ordinary shares from trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Consequently, Silicom intends to apply to the TASE and request that TASE initiate the delisting process.
