October 22, 2015 4:30 PM EDTLexmark (NYSE: LXK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 11, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 24, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
