Crown Castle (CCI) Reports 3Q Results; Macquarie Raises Price Target to $104
October 26, 2015 8:06 AM EDTMacquarie reiterated an Outperform rating on Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI), and raised the price target to $104.00 (from $101.00), following the company's 3Q15 earning result. The company guided to a slowdown in new leasing activity from 6.3% this year to 5.9% in 16 with escalators falling 20bps and churn only falling 10bps.
