Crown Castle (CCI) Reports 3Q Results; Macquarie Raises Price Target to $104

Macquarie reiterated an Outperform rating on Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI), and raised the price target to $104.00 (from $101.00), following the company's 3Q15 earning result. The company guided to a slowdown in new leasing activity from 6.3% this year to 5.9% in 16 with escalators falling 20bps and churn only falling 10bps.

Crown Castle (CCI) Declares $0.885 Quarterly Dividend; 4.1% Yield

Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.885 per share, or $3.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 16, 2015.
