FBR Capital reiterated an Outperform rating on Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS), and raised the price target to $83.00 (from $80.00), following the company's 3Q15 earnings results. Total revenue of $813.3 million was well above the companys guidance of $785 million, as well as the Streets estimate of $786.1 million. Pro forma EPS came in at $1.04, handily beating the Street's $0.85 estimate.

Citrix Systems (CTXS) Names Chair Calderoni as Interim CEO

Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) announced that Robert Calderoni, Citrixs Executive Chairman, has been unanimously appointed interim president and CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Calderoni will continue serving as Executive Chairman on the Citrix Board of Directors. Mark Templeton, current president and CEO, will serve in an advisory role through the end of the year.
