Newmarket (NEU) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $1.60; Approves $500M Common Stock Buyback
October 21, 2015 5:05 PM EDTNewmarket (NYSE: NEU) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.60 per share, or $6.4 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.40.
The dividend will be payable on January 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2015.
