Central Valley Community Bancorp Reports Earnings Results for the Nine Months and Quarter Ended September 30, 2015
October 21, 2015 4:22 PM EDTFRESNO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/21/15 -- The Board of Directors of Central Valley Community Bancorp (Company) (NASDAQ: CVCY), the parent company of Central Valley Community Bank (Bank), reported today unaudited consolidated net income of $8,061,000, and diluted earnings per common share of $0.73 for the nine months ended September 30, 2015, compared to $7,660,000 and $0.70 per diluted common share for the nine months ended September 30, 2014.
Net income for the period increased 5.23% in 2015 compared to the nine-month period in 2014, primarily driven by an increase in non-interest income, offset by an increase in provision for credit losses. During the nine months... More
