Chubb Reports Third Quarter Net Income per Share of $2.60, The Highest for Any Quarter in Chubb's History; Operating Income per Share Is Up 9% to a Record $2.37; Combined Ratio Is 83.3%
October 20, 2015 4:04 PM EDTWARREN, N.J., Oct. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chubb Corporation (NYSE: CB) today reported that net income in the third quarter of 2015 was $601 million compared to $594 million in the third quarter of 2014. Net income per share increased 5% to $2.60 from $2.47. It was the highest net income per share for any quarter in Chubb's history.Â
