Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. Announces November 2015 Distribution
October 20, 2015 9:02 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) (the Company or Apple Hospitality), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of November 2015. The distribution is payable on November 16, 2015, to shareholders of record as of October 30, 2015.
Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $19.38 on October 19, 2015, the annualized distribution of $1.20 per common share represents an annual 6.2% yield.
