October 20, 2015 9:02 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has declared the companys regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2015.
