Compass Point Cuts Price Target on Regions Financial (RF) Following 3Q Results
October 22, 2015 10:21 AM EDTCompass Point maintained a Buy rating on Regions Financial (NYSE: RF), and cut the price target to $12.50 (from $13.00), following the company's 3Q15 earnings results. RF reported 3Q15 GAAP earnings of $0.20, but after adjusting for securities gains, lease termination gains, branch consolidation expenses and despit administrative fees, estimated operation EPS comes to $0.19. The result was $0.01 below the consensus estimate.

October 20, 2015 6:20 AM EDTRegions Financial (NYSE: RF) reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.33 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion.
