WaferGen Bio-Systems (WGBS) Prices $15M Offering of Common Stock and Warrants
October 16, 2015 8:47 AM EDTWaferGen Bio-systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WGBS) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of units for gross proceeds of $15 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company.
The offering was priced at a public offering price of $1.00 per share of common stock (or common stock equivalent), with each share of common stock coupled in units with a five-year warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at $1.44 per share.
