Penske Automotive Increases Dividend
October 14, 2015 4:31 PM EDTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), an international transportation services company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.25 per share for the third quarter of 2015. Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "We are pleased to increase the quarterly dividend, which represents the continued confidence we have in our overall business."Â
The dividend is payable on December 1, 2015, to shareholders of record on November 10, 2015.
