Select Income REIT (SIR) Declares $0.50 Quarterly Dividend; 10% Yield
October 13, 2015 8:27 AM EDTSelect Income REIT (NYSE: SIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on November 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 21, 2015.
