(NASDAQ: CMPR) today announced the promotion of Sean Quinn, currently Cimpress vice president of corporate finance and chief accounting officer, to senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 26, 2015. Current CFO Ernst Teunissen has accepted a CFO role with another public company and will depart Cimpress on November 4, 2015.

TripAdvisor (TRIP) Appoints New CFO
October 8, 2015 4:32 PM EDTTripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) announced that Ernst Teunissen will join the company as chief financial officer, effective November 9th. Teunissen will oversee the companys global finance operations including accounting, investor relations, tax, corporate development and real estate.
