Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 7, 2015 8:44 PM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABTX) ("Allegiance"), the holding company of Allegiance Bank, a Texas state chartered bank, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,600,000 shares of common stock at $21.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $54.6 million. Shares are expected to begin trading tomorrow, October 8, 2015, on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "ABTX."Â
