PNC Declares Dividend Of 51 Cents On Common Stock
October 1, 2015 9:34 AM EDTPITTSBURGH, Oct. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 51 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Nov. 5, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business Oct. 15, 2015.
The board also declared a cash dividend on the following series of preferred stocks:
