September 18, 2015 4:30 PM EDTSAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/18/15 -- Franklin Universal Trust (NYSE: FT), a closed-end investment company managed by Franklin Advisers, Inc., announced today a dividend of $0.0395 per share, payable October 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2015 (Ex-Dividend Date: September 28, 2015).
