September 18, 2015 8:00 AM EDTUBS reiterated a Buy rating and $90.00 price target on Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) following the company's 3Q15 results. Revenues of $1,218M beat Street's $1,214M, and fell with in guidance of $1,175-1,225M. EPS of $0.54 beat consensus by 4c and guidance of $0.45-0.51.

Adobe Systems (ADBE) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c; Announces Several Executive Changes
September 17, 2015 4:05 PM EDTAdobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.54, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.22 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.21 billion.
Adobe also announced a number of organizational changes to its executive team.
